Eryngium is a premium texture stem with a distinctive, architectural look, tight flower heads framed by a spiky collar of bracts that often show a refined steel-blue tone. It’s a favorite in importer assortments because it delivers strong contrast, excellent structure, and long vase performance, plus it can be used fresh or dried for value-added programs. Grown in Ecuador’s high Andes, the naturally cool highland conditions support a crisp, well-defined bract structure and firm, straight stems that hold their presentation through export handling; postharvest cooling is even associated with deeper color expression in Eryngium, helping maintain that signature look in distribution.
